Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: Stays of 7-29 nights: 7 day's notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 2 nights will be charged. Stays of 30+ nights: 10 days notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 10 nights will be charged.
After Arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled after arrival. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.

Noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm. Citadines is a non-smoking building.
