Student residence with en-suite rooms, arranged in flats of 6/7 students with shared kitchen, dining and living area.
Each room has a double bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, bookcases, cupboards, study desk with chair, large windows en-suite shower room.

Bathroom

Private en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom consists of a shower, wash basin & WC.

Laundry & Cleaning

Bed linen is provided. Students should bring their own towels. Students are responsible for cleaning their rooms. Free kitchen cleaning once a week.

Kitchen Facilities

Shared kitchen with integrated appliances including: oven, hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, a dining table, soft seating, TV. Utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided.

Noise and restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before arrival – two weeks’ notice is required otherwise a 2-week Cancellation Fee will be charged.
After arrival – 4 weeks’ notice is required, otherwise a 4-week Cancellation Fee will be charged.
You will also be charged a £75 cancellation fee if you cancel after arrival.
