Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Please note that the electrical current is 240 volts AC (50 cycles) and students from some countries may require a transformer and a plug adaptor.

Check-in from 4pm; Check-out 11am.

Visitors/guests: For your own safety and security, overnight guests are not allowed. Visitors and guests are allowed during the day, but must leave before 11pm.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 11pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: Cancellation up to 48hrs before arrival - £300. Cancellation with less than 48 hours - £300 + 3 night cancellation fee.
After arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled after arrival. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
