Waterloo – Bakerloo (Brown), Jubilee Line (Grey), Northern Line (Black) and Waterloo & City Line (Teal/Mint Green) Lines.

Kensington school: About 22 minutes to Frances King by underground.
From March 2nd, 2025:
- Unlimited (Capped) Pay as You Go travel in zones 1&2: £8.90 per day
- 7 day Travelcard zones 1&2: £44.70 per week

Single Ensuite Rooms & Twin Rooms with Shared Bathrooms are available.
Each room contains a desk, a desk chair, double door wardrobe, single bed, under bed drawer storage (x2 for twin rooms).

Walk In Shower, Toilet, Sink, Bathroom wall cabinet.
Towels are not provided, you need to bring your own.

Bed linen is provided but towels are not provided. Students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms.
Kitchens are cleaned weekly. Students clean up after each use.
There is a communal launderette in the building. Price guide: £3.80-£4.80 for wash and £2.80-£3.50 for dryer.

Shared kitchens, with 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Free WiFi throughout the building by glide.

Games Room, Study Room, 4 x TV Rooms, Courtyard.

Service Fee: £128, 1 payment only. Covers Bedding Pack, Kitchen Pack, End of Stay Cleaning.

Arrival and Departure days/times: Flexible, by arrangement. Access is by a lockbox and codes to enter the building, 24 hours a day. Onsite customer support representative from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Emergency support - out of hours representative on site within one hour.

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room. On arrival at the residence the student will be asked to sign an inventory form indicating any existing damage to the room. It is important that you complete this inventory at the start of your stay. ​

Security and keys : Security control is remote by CCTV. In case of emergency out-of-hours personnel can be on site within 1 hour. Entry is by key card. Lost cards incur £15 fee to replace.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10am.

Visitors/guests: By arrangement with the Residence Manager.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10 pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 4 weeks’ notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 4 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled after arrival. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
