Single ensuite studio.
Each room contains a small double bed with storage - drawers, a wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, work desk and chair.

Private ensuite bathroom.
Bathrooms are modern with shower, wash basin & WC.

Bed linen is provided but towels are not provided. Students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms. There is a communal launderette in the building to use (with additional charges : washing £3.60-£4.60 depending on the cycle; dryer £2.10 appx.).

Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the residence

Private gym, study area, cinema and courtyard. 24-hour security. Students have a key card for bedrooms – lost cards incur a fee of £5.00 to replace.

Service Fee: £125, 1 payment only. Covers kitchen and linen packs and initial or end of stay cleaning.

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10am.

Visitors/guests: Students may have daytime visitors. Overnight guests are also permitted by arrangement with the residence. All guests must bring photo ID.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 2 weeks’ notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 2 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: 4 weeks' notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 4 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
