The studios have double beds, table and chairs for working and dining, a flat-screen TV and a safe. They are approximately 18-20m2. The apartments benefit from a separate kitchen and lounge area and are suitable for up to three people in a one-bed apartment or 4 people in a two-bed (both with use of a sofa bed).

Modern, en-suite bathroom facilities with shower, sink and WC

Daily maid service (except bank holidays) and weekly linen/towel change. Towels are included and extra set available for £10/set (1 big towel and 1 small towel). Extra cleaning available on request at an additional charge.

There is a microwave, cooker hob, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and washing machine with dryer. Kitchen utensils are also provided.

Wi-Fi BT Vouchers can be bought online or at the Lettings Office for up to £40.00 per month

Satellite TV. 24-hour security.

Credit/debit card details required upon arrival for security reasons or to cover extra expenses.

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10.30am.

Visitors/guests: You need to notify Chelsea Cloisters if you are expecting visitors to stay within your apartment, along with their dates of arrival and departure and full name. Extra linen charges may apply, check with reception.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building. Guests will be charged a penalty of £200 for breaching the house rules.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 1 week's notice to cancel or shorten a stay. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of two days' apartment charge.
After Arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
