Attractive studio apartments sleeping 1 or 2 people, or 1-bedroom apartments sleeping 4 people - double bed (twin on request, subject to availability) on a mezzanine floor and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area below. All apartments have air-conditioning, television with cable channels, hi-fi and telephone.

Ensuite bathroom with a shower, amenities, towels and toiletries

Full housekeeping and cleaning is provided weekly (for stay longer than 6 nights). An on-demand service for change of towels and bed linen (free), and cleaning is available for an extra charge. A launderette is located on the lower ground floor (fee applicable).

Fully-equipped galley kitchens with cooker hob, fridge, microwave oven (and a dishwasher in one-bedroom apartments).

Free Wi-Fi

24-hour reception, lounge area with free coffee and internet access, and car park for residents’ use (charge applicable).

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 11am.

Visitor/guests: Visitors and guests are permitted as long as the total capacity of the apartment is not exceeded.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 1 week's notice to cancel or shorten a stay. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of two days' apartment charge.
After Arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
