Travel card £7 and for unlimited travel by bus and train in travel zones 1 & 2: £42.70. (From March 3rd, 2024)

Modern student residence providing Studios with an open plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Studios have individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Studios on lower floors have frosted windows to ensure privacy.

Private ensuite bathroom: shower room, washbasin and WC.
Towels are not provided, you need to bring your own.

Students are responsible for cleaning their room and the shared kitchen.
There is a laundry room on site: £3.50 per wash and £2 per drier load.
The Service Fees include:
1. Linen Pack - 1 Duvet Cover, 2 Pillow Cover, 1 Bed Sheet.
2. Bedding Pack - 1 Duvet, 2 Pillows
3. Post Check out cleaning service.

Kitchen with integrated appliances, including: oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, a dining table. Utensils, cutlery, pans and crockery are provided in the kitchen pack.

Service Fee: £250, 1 payment only. Covers Bedding Pack, Kitchen Pack, End of Stay Cleaning.

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10am.

Visitors/guests: By arrangement with the Residence Manager.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10 pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 4 weeks’ notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 4 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled after arrival. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
