Airport Transfer Fees in Dublin

We can arrange a transfer from Dublin airport and stations to your accommodation on arrival and from your accommodation on departure - please complete the Airport Transfer section of the Enrolment Form. It is not always possible to arrive at accommodation before 7.00 or after 22.00. Please check with us before making travel arrangements.

Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

  • Flight details and student mobile telephone number must be received in writing before 14:00 (Irish time) on the Friday before arrival in Ireland.
  • To cancel or change an airport transfer you must inform us in writing 12 hours before the flight arrival or departure time. If you need to contact us regarding any last minute flight changes outside of office hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00), please telephone: Frances King emergency number Dublin: +353 (0) 83 470 5869.
  • A supplement of €30 will be charged for an airport transfer pick-up between 23:00 and 05:00.
  • Waiting time of 1 hour and 15 minutes is included in the transfer price. If the student does not contact us within 1 hour and 15 minutes of the flight arrival time, the driver will leave the airport and any request for a further transfer will be charged at the full rate. Waiting time starts from the scheduled time of arrival, unless the flight is early, in which case waiting time will start from the actual flight arrival time. Extra time: car parking charge €12/hour plus €12 for every 15 minutes.
  • Baggage allowance: 1 small cabin bag and 1 large suitcase per person.
  • Please read your airport transfer confirmation documents carefully before departure as they include important arrival information.
  • On our Teenager Programme, arrivals are on Sundays and departures on Saturdays.
  • Chaperone service: Students under 16, unless travelling with an organised group with a group leader, must book the Chaperone Service, Under 16s will be accompanied to the airport check-in and any necessary documents signed by a trusted representative of Frances King. That person will wait for the child to pass through security checks before leaving the airport.
