From March 2nd, 2025:

Room

Self-catering single rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen. Each room contains a single bed, cupboard, and work desk.

Bathroom

Bathrooms include a shower, washbasin and WC.
Shared bathrooms are used by 5-7 people.
Towels are not provided, you need to bring your own.

Laundry & Cleaning

Students are responsible for cleaning their room. Shared bathrooms are professionally cleaned twice a day.
There is a communal free laundry in the building to use: £XX per wash and £XX per drier load.
The Bedding Pack includes:
1. 1 Duvet, 2 Pillows
2. 1 Duvet Cover, 2 Pillow Covers, 1 Bed Sheet.

Kitchen Facilities

Shared kitchens are equipped with microwaves, kettles, ovens and fridge/freezer.
Students are responsible for keeping the shared kitchen clean, tidy and well maintained after use.
Shared kitchens are used by 5-7 people.
The Kitchen Pack includes: Pan, Pot, Cutlery, Bowl, Plate, Glass Food container.

Internet Access

Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the residence.

Extra Information

Service Fee: £200, 1 payment only. Covers Bedding Pack, Kitchen Pack, End of Stay Cleaning.

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3:30pm (weekend check-ins only); Check-out 10am.

Visitors/guests: Students may have daytime visitors. Overnight guests are also permitted by arrangement with the residence. All guests must bring photo ID.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10 pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building. Anyone who is caught smoking will be asked to leave the property. No refunds are given to students who have to leave for disciplinary reasons.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 2 week’s notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise full rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled after arrival. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
