Vauxhall is a busy transport hub with easy access to all the attractions of central London.

Kensington school: About 20 minutes to Frances King by underground.
Travel card £7 and for unlimited travel by bus and train in travel zones 1 & 2: £42.70. (From March 3rd, 2024)

Single ensuite room. Each room contains a bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, bookcases, cupboards, study desk with chair. Size: 13m².

Private ensuite bathroom: shower room, washbasin and WC.

Students are responsible for cleaning their room and the shared kitchen.
There is a laundry room on site: £3.50 per wash and £2 per drier load.
The Service Fees include:
1. Linen Pack - 1 Duvet Cover, 2 Pillow Cover, 1 Bed Sheet.

3. Bathroom Pack - 1 Face Cloth (30x30cm), 1 Hand Towel (50x90cm), 1 Bath Towel (70x137cm), 1 Toiletry Kit (1 Shampoo, 1 Hair Conditioner, 1 Shower Gel, 1 Soap), 1 Toilet Rolls, Bathroom Mat.
4. Pre Check in cleaning service.
5. Post Check out cleaning service.

In the shared living space, there is a kitchen with integrated appliances, including: oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron / ironing board, a dining table, soft seating, and TV. Utensils, cutlery, pans and crockery are provided in the kitchen pack.

Service Fee: £189, 1 payment only. Covers linen/bedding/bathroom pack and initial/check out clean. Kitchen packs may be needed and cost £114 if supplied by the residence, but you can choose to buy your own for much less.

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10am.

Visitors/guests: By arrangement with the Residence Manager.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10 pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 4 weeks’ notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 4 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: 4 weeks' notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 4 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
