Single bed for studios 7 and 10 and all the rest are King/Double bed with 2 drawers. All the studios have a wardrobe, table with chairs.

Private en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom consists of a shower, wash basin & WC.

Bed linen is provided as an extra at £150. Towels are not provided. Students are responsible for cleaning their rooms. Coin operated washer and dryer for laundry (£3.50 to £5 depending on programme).

Kitchen area with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, small fridge, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Wi-Fi in the building.

Entry phone with camera and recording messages.
Special key that opens the front door of the building and an individual studio. Lost keys replaced for £150.
Laundry room.

Linen pack: £150, 1 payment only .
Single occupancy in smaller studios (7, 10, 4, 5, 8 and 2) and single or double occupancy for a supplement of £125/week in larger studios (1, 3, 6 and 9).

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10am.

Visitors/guests are welcome but they cannot stay overnight.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 2 weeks’ notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 2 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: No refund is given if a stay is shortened or cancelled. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
