Twin en-suite rooms, each with Wi-Fi. Beds are 191cm in length and are bunk style beds. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Twin rooms can be booked by 2 people travelling together or for single occupancy.

Modern, en-suite bathroom facilities in every room (shower, sink & WC).

Students are provided with bed linen but they need to bring their own towels. Communal kitchens are cleaned three times per week. There is a weekly light cleaning service in each room, however, students are responsible for cleaning their own room, washing their own bed linen, as well as doing washing up in the kitchen. There is a large laundry room in the basement for students’ use (small fee).

Twin rooms have a combined microwave and fridge. Kitchen utensils are provided. There are two shared kitchens per floor with fridge/freezers, ovens, hobs, lockable cupboards, TV and sitting area.

Each room has data points with Internet access. All rooms and communal areas have Wi-Fi.

There is a common room on the 1st and 10th floor of the building with cable television and Wi-Fi. 24-hour security. Key card for bedrooms.

Service Fee for Single Studios: £125, 1 payment only. Covers kitchen and linen packs and initial or end of stay cleaning.

Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10.30am.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 3 weeks’ notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 3 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: 4 weeks' notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 4 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
