Rooms are compact.
Single studios have a bed (191cm long) a desk and chair, wardrobe, window blind and wall mounted flat screen TV.
Twin rooms contain bunk style beds (not suitable for couples, 191cm long), as well as a large desk, two desk chairs, window blind and two wall mounted flat screen TVs.
Twin rooms can be booked by 2 people travelling together or for single occupancy.

Modern, en-suite bathroom facilities in every room (shower, sink & WC).

Students are provided with bed linen but they need to bring their own towels. Communal kitchens are cleaned three times per week. Students are responsible for cleaning their own room, washing their own bed linen, as well as doing washing up in the kitchen. There is a communal launderette in the basement to use (with additional charges : washing £3.00, drying £2.50 appx.).

All single studios have a kitchen area with two- ring electric hob, sink, combined oven/microwave and fridge.
Twin rooms have a fridge and microwave. There are two large, well-equipped kitchens for the use of Frances King students with fridge/freezers, sinks, ovens, hobs, lockable cupboards and sitting area.
Kitchen utensils are provided.

Each bedroom has data points with Internet access via your own laptop computer. WiFi access available in all rooms and communal areas – signal strength will vary.

There is a common room on the 1st and 10th floor of the building with cable television and Wi-Fi.
24-hour security. Students have a key card for bedrooms – lost cards incur £25.00 fee to replace.

Service Fee for Single Studios: £125, 1 payment only. Covers kitchen and linen packs and initial or end of stay cleaning.

Damage: Students must pay for any damage to their room.

Utilities: The accommodation fee includes electricity, gas and water. Remember you may need a suitable adaptor for your plug to be able to use the power sockets in the UK.

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out 10.00am.

Visitors/guests: Students may only have daytime visitors until 11pm. No overnight guests.

Noise/restrictions: Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm. Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the building.

Notice/Cancellation:
Before Arrival: 3 weeks’ notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 3 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee.
After Arrival: 4 weeks' notice to cancel or shorten a stay; otherwise 4 weeks’ rent payable as cancellation fee. The Frances King cancellation fee of £75 is also payable in case of cancellation after arrival.
